The work involved the refurbishment of the west wings on 4 floors and east wings of a further 4 floors to be undertaken in 3 phases. Floors were occupied by third parties, therefore shut down of supplies and alterations to other services affecting their business had to be programmed outwith normal working hours. The work encompassed design, delivery and installation. All electrical systems/installations were stripped out and replaced in their entirety, including cabling installations back to source.

Project involved complete refurbishment of existing electrical section-board and Power factor correction unit, complete new distribution and containment system for filling lines and offices. The warehouse and production area was lit by a Zumtobel high bay T5 modules and Associated daylight sensing lighting system.
